Postpartum Doula Support $55/hr

You've taken the birth class. You've read the books. But there's a gap between knowing what to do and feeling ready to do it. This package bridges that gap with hands-on preparation that gets your body and baby ready for birth.

Mind, Body and Birth Partner Prep: 3-6 to hours of personalized prenatal sessions where we go deeper than most birth classes and practice positions, movements, and techniques to encourage optimal fetal positioning and prepare your body for the birth you want.

Lactation Head Start: Prenatal lactation consultation so you know the basics of breastfeeding and feel more prepared before baby arrives.

Your Birth & Postpartum Plan: Together we'll create detailed wishes for your birth, newborn care, and postpartum recovery so your care providers know what is important to you.

On-Demand Access: Unlimited text, email, and phone support from day one. When you have a worry or a quick question, I'm there.

24/7 On-Call from 37 Weeks: We are physically available when you need us.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support: At home, birth center, or the in the hospital, you won't labor alone.

Golden Hour Protection: After birth, we help ensure uninterrupted skin-to-skin time, support your first latch, and help you advocate for your newborn care wishes.

Birth Story Documentation: Photos and videos of labor, birth, and those irreplaceable first moments (digital, candid-style, as circumstances allow).

Postpartum Check-In and support: 1 or 2 home or virtual visit in your first weeks to process your birth experience, ensure feeding is going well, assess your recovery, and connect you with any resources you need. Text and phone call support for up to 8 weeks. When everyone else has gone home, you know we are still there for you.

You've spent months preparing for birth. But what about after? The first month at home is often the hardest. You're exhausted, healing, learning how to care for a brand-new human, and somehow expected to have it all together. Rest isn't a luxury, it's how you heal. In many cultures this time is revered, and mothers cared for around the clock.  You deserve the support and care to heal, recover and bond with your new baby.  Our postpartum doulas offer relief with:

  • Non-judgmental physical, emotional, and educational support tailored to your needs—because new parenthood is hard enough without feeling criticized or second-guessed
  • Evidence-based information on your physical recovery and what's normal. No more spiraling through Google at 2am wondering if something is wrong
  • Baby care while you shower, nap, eat, exercise, or get out of the house for an appointment.
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and sibling care. Taking the pressure of you so your home runs smoothly even when you can't run it yourself
  • Infant Care Education- Gentle guidance on swaddling, bathing, diapering, cord care, safe sleep and baby wearing to help you grow your confidence with practice and the right support
  • Emotional Support- A safe space to talk through parenting approaches and voice concerns. Your instincts matter, and you deserve support without someone else's agenda
  • Support and Education for birth partners or family members on postpartum and newborn care so they feel confident and empowered to care for you and baby.
  • A skilled eye on feeding, your recovery, and baby's development with referrals if needed. Catching the small stuff can make a big difference before they become big stuff.
  • Overnight doula care. Imagine waking up rested enough to actually enjoy your baby or be able to focus at work!
