This package is intended for first time parents and those who want more information, coaching and hands on practice with exercises and positions to prepare the body for birth and encourage baby to settle in the optimal rotation in the pelvis for a vaginal delivery, lactation consultations, in addition to developing birth, newborn care and postpartum plans, and active labor support. This plan takes support and your birth education class information to the next level.
- 3-5 hours of Prenatal time to accomplish items listed above
- Unlimited Email/Text/Phone Support from the time of signing
- 24/7 On Call Support starting at 37 weeks
- Active Labor and Birth Support in your home and/or birthplace
- Immediate Postpartum Care support to continued birth and newborn care wishes, skin to skin time with both parents, and proper latch if breast feeding.
- Photos and Videos of Labor, Birth and First moments (non-professional, digital photography and as the situation allows)
- Postpartum, home or virtual, visit in the first week to ensure you are recovering well, review your birth experience; answer any questions you have, ensure baby is feeding well and offer postpartum resource you may need.

This Package is intended for parents who know they will have a planned c-section and would like support during their big day. (This plan does NOT include any labor support.)
- 1 Prenatal Visits to get to know you, your family, develop your c-section, newborn care and postpartum recovery birth plans, review the common surgical/hospital protocols so you feel informed and confident.
- Unlimited Text and Email support
- 24/7 On Call Support starting at 36 weeks
- Arrival with you on surgery day to help you check-in, stay calm, and feel prepared, informed and empowered, be a familiar face and coach through anesthesia placement in the OR, support your partner as needed, facilitate "golden hour" skin to skin while you are in the OR
- Immediate post-surgical postpartum support to continued birth and newborn care wishes, skin to skin time with both parents, and proper latch if breast feeding.
- Non-Professional photos and videos as the situation allows
- 1 Postpartum, home or virtual, visit to review birth experience, help with breastfeeding, ensure proper wound healing, answer questions and offer resources
